AMA Pilates Studio Class Schedule 


Daytime Reformer classes - limited to 6 clients in each time slot.

Each class is 45 minutes using a spring-based machine to aid in your Pilates experience and routine.  We teach you through this course to be mindful of your movements while on the reformer.  This will also enhance your Matwork Pilates experience.


 Monday10 am- Advanced Reformer - must have own knowledge on the reformer

11 am -Beginner Reformer - no experience 

12:15 pm- Intermediate Reformer- required a Pilates Mat background

1:15 pm- Beginner Reformer - no experience on Reformer


Tuesday

10 am-Advanced class - must have own knowledge on the reformer

11 am- Intermediate with props -required a Pilates Mat background

12:15 pm - Beginner Reformer- no experience on Reformer


Wednesday - Cardio Jumpboard 

10 am- Advanced class- must have own knowledge on the reformer

11 am- Intermediate-required a Pilates Mat background

12:15 pm- Intermediate -required a Pilates Mat background

1:15 pm - Beginner Level Cardio class


Evening Pilates

Tuesdays
Reformer (TBA) - please email to inquire about availability

Wednesday
7:15 pm - Balance and Stretch Tai Chi class using small props for any fitness level.

10-week or 12-week course available.
