We offer 10-week courses. All classes are 45 mins in length.

Monday
11:15 am - Advanced Reformer - must have completed the intermediate reformer course
12:15 pm - Reformer - have an understanding of Mat Pilates
Tuesday
10:00 am - Advanced Reformer - must have completed Intermediate reformer course
11:00 am - Intermediate Reformer -have an understanding of Mat Based Pilates
12:00 pm - Beginner Reformer
1:00 pm - Beginner Reformer
6:15 pm - Evening Mat Class with Props offered as a Hybrid (in-person and online)
Wednesday
10:00 am - Advanced Reformer - must have completed Intermediate reformer course
11:00 am - Cardio Jumpboard Intermediate - have an understanding of Mat-Based Pilates
12:15 pm - Cardio Jumpboard - open to beginners who want to be introduced to a cardio component in a very low-impact environment.
7:15 pm Balance and Stretch- Vertical Core Strength
Limited to a maximum of 6 clients in each Reformer class and 12 clients for in-person Mat-Based class
