  • 10:00am — Advanced Reformer

  • 11:00am — Private Lesson Time Slot

  • 12:15pm — Intermediate Reformer

Evening Pilates — Tuesday

  • 5:00pm — Beginner (no experience necessary)

  • 6:00pm — Advanced

  • 7:00pm — Beginner (no experience necessary)

  • 8:00pm — Intermediate

Cardio Jumpboard Reformer

Maximum 5 clients per class

Wednesday

  • 10:00am — Advanced

  • 11:00am — Private Lesson Time Slot

  • 12:15pm — Intermediate

Weekend Pilates

Maximum 6 clients per class

Saturday

  • 1:30pm — Intermediate

  • 2:30pm — Beginner (no experience necessary)

Strength & Stretch (Suspension TRX Training)

Maximum 9 clients per class

  • Monday — 5:15pm

  • Thursday — 12:00pm (noon)

  • Thursday — 7:30pm

  • Friday — 11:00am

  • Friday — 7:30pm

  • Saturday — 8:00am
