Let me know if you are interested in any of these 5 week courses. I have limited spots, so it will be on a first-serve basis.

6 spots on the Spring-based machine, 45 min session

Intermediate Reformer: (must have Mat or Reformer experience)

Mondays 12:15 pm (starting Oct 17th)

Beginner Reformer:

Tuesday 11 am
(starting Oct 11th)

Wednesday 11 am- Jumpboard Reformer (starting Nov 2nd)

Wednesday 1 pm- Cardio Reformer (starting Oct 12)

5 Weeks $150 + HST (based on same day/week)


Matwork Pilates: on the mat, with flexband and small hand weights
Tuesday 6:15 pm (Starting Oct 11)
5 Weeks $110 + HST

  • Each session will need a minimum of 3 clients to run the class.

  • Max. 6 clients - Limited space

  • Privates and Semi-Private sessions are available

  • Free parking around the back of AMA Building at Nelson Square Parking Garage (put in GPS (2 Diplock Lane Brampton, ON)  Use the student entrance around the back steps away from the garage.
