Summer at AMA Pilates
We are now taking registrations for the Summer 2022 Sessions
I would love for you to join us this Summer to enjoy what Pilates can do for you!
STRENGTH, CORE STRONG, STRETCH, POWER, AND TONE.
(Just some words you will hear this summer :)
Let me know if you are interested in any of these 5 week courses. I have limited spots, so it will be on a first serve basis.
Beginner Reformer:
6 spots on the Spring-based machine, 45 min session
Mondays 12:15 pm (starting July 11th)
Tuesday 11 am (starting July 5)
Wednesday 1 pm- Cardio Reformer (starting July 6)
5 Weeks $150 + HST (based on same day/week)
Matwork Pilates: on the mat, with flexband
Tuesday 6:15 pm (Starting July 5)
5 Weeks $110 + HST
- Each session will need a minimum of 3 clients to run the class.
- Max. 6 clients - Limited space
- Privates and Semi-Private sessions are available
