Pilates Reformer Classes – Limited to 6 clients per session

Experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates, a spring-based machine workout designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our classes encourage mindful movement and complement your Matwork Pilates practice. Each session is 45 minutes long.

  • 1:15 PMBeginner Level Cardio Class

Evening Pilates

  • 7:15 PM – Balance & Stretch Tai Chi Class

    • Incorporates small props

    • Suitable for all fitness levels

    • Available as a 10-week or 12-week course
