Reformer sessions will be starting the week of January 16, 2023

Monday / 8 weeks
12:15 pm - Intermediate
Tuesday
10:00 am - Advanced Reformer/ 10 weeks
11:00 am - Intermediate / 5 weeks
12:00pm- Beginner / 5 weeks - no experience necessary
Tuesday Evening 6:15 pm (3 in-person spots) (2 online spots)
Matwork with Props (5 weeks) - no experience necessary
Wednesday - Cardio Jumpboard / 10 weeks
10:00 am - Advanced Reformer
11:00 am - Intermediat
